3. Scope of Services
Samrat ICT Limited provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

Service details, timelines, and pricing will be clearly outlined in individual proposals and may vary depending on client requirements and project scope.
4. Project Duration & Development Process
Each project will have a clearly defined duration and delivery timeline agreed upon before commencement.
We follow a structured development process and test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure quality, reliability, and performance. However, outcomes may vary depending on:
- Project scope changes
- Third-party dependencies
- Client requirements
Clients are required to provide timely feedback, approvals, content, and all necessary materials. The client shall not intentionally or unethically delay the project by withholding feedback, approvals, or information.
Any delays caused by the client may result in:
- Extended delivery timelines
- Additional costs
- Revised pricing
Samrat ICT Limited will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client or any third parties.
For e-commerce website development projects, Samrat ICT will upload up to 50 products as part of the agreed service. Uploading more than 50 products will incur additional charges to be agreed upon in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Supply necessary content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure they have legal rights to any materials, data, or content provided
- Make payments as agreed in proposals or contracts
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact project timelines and may result in additional charges.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
- 50% advance payment is mandatory and non-negotiable for all services.
- This advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments made for prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once a service is purchased, it cannot be canceled before the timeline, returned, or refunded.
Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in project suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property developed by Samrat ICT Limited remains our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as specified in the project agreement.
Samrat ICT Limited reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless restricted by a written agreement.
8. Post-Delivery Support
After final project delivery, Samrat ICT Limited provides up to one (1) month of limited support.
This support:
- Applies only to running clients or potential long-term clients
- Is subject to reasonable possibility of continued engagement
- Covers minor bug fixes and performance-related issues
- Does not include new feature development or major structural changes
Extended maintenance or support services may be provided under a separate agreement.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the course of a project.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Samrat ICT Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, data, or profits arising from service use
- Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Third-Party Services
Some solutions may rely on third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or APIs. Samrat ICT Limited is not responsible for service disruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms & Conditions are violated
- Payments are not made as agreed
- The client engages in unlawful or abusive activities
Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
14. Changes to Terms
Samrat ICT Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
